Shoe Shot Sunday: Myesha + Craig

Myesha and Craig were married at Cafe Pinot in front of the historic Los Angeles Public Library on Saturday, September 29th, 2012.  Their wedding was modern and chic yet playful.  Myesha's shoes were absolutely stunning - no other word could describe their beauty!  These Loubis just melt our hearts and might have to be the most perfect wedding shoe ever!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Sandra + Matt

Sandra and Matt were married at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel yesterday!  They happen to be close friends and planned an intimate wedding for their closest friends and family.  My husband was the Best Man and has been best friends with the groom for over 18 years thus this one hits close to home.

I'm super thrilled to share some stunning shoe shots with you today thanks to the lightening fast turnaround of Becca Rillo Photography.  Becca went above and beyond and I'm so grateful she was there to document all of the special moments throughout Sandra and Matt's big day.

Here are a handful of my favorites... there were so many awesome one's!

And we can't forget the groom's shoes!  All the men dressed up in black converse to go with the personality of the day.  So stylish!

Or the stylish maids in leopard print chunky heels!  So much fun!

Happy Feet!  Plus a big warm congrats to the happy couple!  Wishing them nothing but the best on their new journey together as husband and wife.

Here's one last image, a favorite of mine from the day so you can see just how dapper they all looked from the toes up!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Maria + Craig

I recently came across this shoe shot and of course had to share it as not only are the shoes stunning but so is the actual photo!  How gorgeous is this?

I can't quite tell who the designer is but it looks almost like it could be a Jimmy Choo.  Regardless selecting a metallic shoe for your big day is always a safe and beautiful choice!

This wedding was featured originally on Style Me Pretty New York and was captured by the talented team of Art Beauty Life:  Jenny Ebert Photography.

I have to admit,  I'm a sucker for Converse on the wedding day for the men but add some fun socks in the mix and then you'll have me swooning!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Amazing Shoe Shot!

Sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words as you so often hear and today's shoe shot is no exception.  I came across this photo on Style Me Pretty this morning and my search for my favorite shoe shot immediately concluded because I just love this photo so much.

Often times you'll see this Shoe Shot series post an assortment of photos of the same shoe because it's the shoe I'm after mainly... but this week, we're making an exception for a stunning shot and shoe too of course!

Happy Feet!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Super Bowl Edition!!!

I'm so excited for today's post as it's not a typical shoe shot day.  Today is the Super Bowl and we are huge Giants fans over here so when your team makes it, it's kind of a big deal!

In honor of the Giants, today's post will be dedicated to all the uniquely cute items you can incorporate into your day.  Whether your a big sport's fan or your hubby to be is and you want to surprise him with a sweet detail incorporating his big team!

Now it's tough to find a heel that screams go Giants but there are plenty of awesome socks for men and women.  So you could sleep in a pair or gift him with a pair for him to wear on his big day.

Or how great would these be to get ready in?  I just adore these!  If all your maids are sports fan who cute would it to get them each their favorite team!

Now if socks or flops is a bit too much for you how about sporting your team with your getting ready bag?  How cute is this bag and better yet it's pink plus proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Last but not least Etsy always has amazing garters you can customize to your liking.  What's neat about this is your fiance would not have a clue until he's taking it off as your husband!  Plus they always give you a toss garter so you'll have it as a keepsake!

Speaking of custom, if you really want to go personal.  Contact Figgie Shoes.  Have your heels for the day hand painted and made especially for you with lots of love and personal details!

Happy Super Bowl and Go Giants Go!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Marissa + Ricardo

Marissa and Ricardo were married at the lovely Strawberry Farms in Orange County last spring.  I love spring weddings because of the gorgeous color palettes that come together like this one incorporating whites, yellows, creams and blushes.  Often times with an assortment of colors like this, you find the shoes to be very dainty, playful and fun and these wedding shoes are exactly that!

Check them out...

The wedding was captured by the awesome Floataway Studios, to see more sweet images from Marissa and Ricardo's day, be sure to visit the Floataway blog!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Becca + Robby

Becca and Robby were married in Clovis, CA at Wolf Lakes Park.  It was a beautiful fall inspired rustic wedding and her cranberry shoes stole my heart.  Since I was so busy this week making my famous cranberry sauce with Thanksgiving on my mind, I knew I had to find a fall inspired shoe for today's post.  When I saw these shoes on Jennifer Eileen Photography's blog I knew they were the one.  Plus I loved the style and enthusiasm from the bridal party!

Check it out... and how great are these dresses!

Hope you had a fantastic holiday weekend!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Rachel + John

Lane Dittoe Fine Art Wedding Photography did an amazing job of documenting this gorgeous Sonoma Wedding.  Married at B.R. Cohn Winery, Rachel and John had a black and white color palette and her shoes were stunning!  What I loved equally as much was the punch of red groom John added with his super stylish socks!

Check them out...

How gorgeous is the backdrop for this photograph?  Don't you just love a beautiful wine country wedding setting, it's truly breathtaking... but I do equally adore that splash of red too!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Stepanie + Darren

Stephanie and Darren were married yesterday, yes, that's right, yesterday at Greystone Mansion and had their reception at the swanky SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.  Stephanie's shoes were so incredible and from the moment I first laid eyes on them I knew I'd have to blog this ASAP as they may just be some of the BEST SHOES EVER.  This could be because Stephanie is such a fun and stylish bride and they just fit her to perfection too!

The fantastic Ryan Phillips captured the day and was so kind to rush these awesome photos over today!

 Meet Charmed by Kate Spade...

Congrats to Steph and Darren and look out soon for photos from their big day!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Rebecca + David

Rebecca and David wed at the beautiful Cass House Inn, in the lovely seaside village Cayucos located within the Central Coast. I just love their selection of shoes for their big day, as they display their personality and still Rebecca's are perfect for a wedding with a precious bow on top!

The always fabulous Brian and Allie Callaway of Callaway Gable Photography documented their gorgeous day and you must visit their blog to see additional photos and super awesome details from the big day. Also, our good friend Daniel Boswell of Imagique Weddings edited a perfect highlight of their big day, you can view it on his blog too!

David actually happens to be in our industry as well as he is behind the awesome blog Temple of the Groom. So men and ladies too, if you haven't checked out his site yet, you must go visit Temple of the Groom for a good wedding read!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Jessica + Kevin

From the moment Molly from Luminaire Images sent me these shoes I was in love. They are so fun, funky and stylish! Such a vibrant addition to your special day.

Jessica and Kevin were married at Tivoli Hacienda in Santa Ana. Their wedding was more of an alternative style and they really rocked it, so much that they were actually featured on the fabulous Rock and Roll Bride blog.

Jessica's wedding shoes have 2 of my favorite elements to them, first they're a color and I happen to love purple, then next they have a lot of texture which I also adore!

The shoe style is called Ivana and it's by RSVP. What's even extra fabulous about these special soles is that they not only come in the gorgeous purple but also a blue which you can easily wear as your "something blue"! I just love that, but that purple is really gorgeous too, so either way you'll be looking good!

For additional details from Jessica and Kevin's big day, please visit the Luminaire Images blog!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Brittany + Mike

I'm so excited to share this feminine Badgley Mischka pair with you tonight. Brittany and Mike were married in San Diego at a hidden gem in La Jolla, The Darlington House. There's nothing better than a historic property by the beach for your wedding day in a stylish pair of shoes right!

I love the color of them and how texture rich they are. This shoe is so versatile and can compliment a couture wedding gown just as much as it dresses up a more simpler design.

I also happen to adore the photographer of these images, Ryan Phillips, who so brilliantly placed them on a mirror tabletop to create one of my top favorite shoe shots of all time with this shot. I'll let you be the judge.... check it out!

I love these next couple portraits of Brittany too, so natural, the backdrop is beautiful and look how the shoes are peeking out to make their statement too!

For more fabulous images of their special day, be sure to visit Ryan's blog.
