My Fave Mondays: Family Attack Shoppe

If you are yet to be so fortunate, to be graced with the unique and utterly chic designs from Nana at Family Attic, you must go see the amazing signs she creates!

From their precious "Welcome to Our Wedding" Signs to their adorable "Wedding, Cocktails and Reception" arrow signs, anything you select we can guarantee you will be beyond pleased with.

We just used these adorable chocolate pair of signs for our most recent event. These can be customized on white, chocolate brown or chocolate backgrounds.

Family Attic Shoppe has created Cottage Vintage Style signs since 1995. Their Wedding signs & Home decor signs are a great compliment to Antiques, French Chic & Cottage Decor. Each design is Handcrafted to look like an Heirloom Treasure from the past. Each sign is also signed on the back with love from Nana.

Look for their signs soon to debut on the pages of In Style Magazine & Weddings Unveiled this winter!

Here is a selection of some of our favorites!

This sign is so perfect to utilize for a photobooth. How cute is that?

This is just perfect for a candy buffet or sweets station at your reception.

We adore posting something like this in a location that's visible for guests as they arrive.

If you've chosen to upgrade your reception to include a cigar roller, this is the sign for you!

So Sweet!

You can purchase Nana's signs off of the Family Attic Website or via Etsy.

Happy Posting!

We are Going to Jail Today to Support the Muscular Dystrophy Association

We are so proud to share with you that we are being locked up today, October 7th at Sagebrush Cantina ...that's right, Alexandra is going behind bars to help Jerry's Kids© and MDA. To be released on good behavior we have to raise bail and need your help!

Shoe Shot Sunday: Kaitlyn + Jordan

Earlier this month, the fabulous Amelia Lyon posted the greatest pictures from Kaitlyn and Jordan's special day. Kaitlyn had 3 pairs of shoes for her wedding day, her colors were khaki, navy and an occasional shade of blue, which as you can see was adorable.

This picture is so precious, especially since Jordan was holding on to her bouquet here.

Words of Wisdom Wednesdays: Breakfast is your most important meal!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet so many of us seem to miss it. Whether it is because your super busy or you may just not be a "breakfast person", we urge you to eat your breakfast on your wedding or event day!

On your special day, there will be a lot of chaos and commotion and emotions will be flying high. Having something in your system for your body to burn makes all the difference and will keep you energized all day long. Anything to get your body going will contribute to ensuring you are in tip top shape for your special occasion.

Here are our picks for the top breakfast items to maximize your energy for your day!

• Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit or Raisins
• Eggs with Toast
• Breakfast Sandwich
• Bagel with Cream Cheese and all your favorite fixings’ (We like sliced tomatoes )
• Pancakes, Waffles or French Toast
• Fresh Fruit with Cottage Cheese
• Granola with Yogurt and Berries

Bridal Premiere this Sunday August 9th, 2009 at the Hyatt in Westlake Village

We are so excited to announce that we just decided last minute we could squeeze in a little time to do a booth at Sunday's Bridal Premiere Show. We absolutely love this show and it's the only one we ever really participate in. With the chaos of August we were unsure if we could make it work, but somehow we did and we are thrilled to be a part of such a great show!

Please come visit us this Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the Hyatt in Westlake Village. We'll be showcasing some amazing floral designs and offering out of this world specials on our services. In addition, we have some tasty treats for you as well!

Here are some great details about the show as reported by The Acorn.
